Start doing Psi now. You can work on the other things in this article as you go, but you need to get started first!

This is going to help you navigate the wikia as well as help you understand what and why you are doing any of this in the first place. Do not overwhelm yourself. Go step by step, these are not skittles, this is a skill you are learning, a lifestyle you are adopting.

Visualization is a key component to the use of Psi:

https://psi.fandom.com/wiki/Visualization

This is also used for spontaneous remission for people who are struggling with diseases in other words it is a really, really powerful tool. Psi is nearly impossible without it. It's great for mood boosting too. c:

Tips:

1# use visualizations that speak emotionally/intuitively to you for what you are trying to do, as in 'green taking over red means healing and energy'.

2# If a visualization is doing something or means something you don't like, you white knuckle it and force the interpretation and meaning that you want on it until it does.

It can affect life: My friend gets the exact number and type of mana pool cards he wants after doing it once after having an uncooperative marathon of luck for magic the gathering (yes, I lost). Also if your hands start acting things out it's fine, this would happen while sleeping as well but sleep paralysis keeps us from acting out our dreams so just relax and let them drop to your sides (you should assume the most relaxed position you can). This example is much more obvious and much more immediate than is common but it helps you get the picture.

Next up Energy Manipulation, you use energy to do Psi:

Nothing much here other than manipulation of energy is literally what Psi is.

Meditation Should definitely be on this list:

This will help anyone with anxiety as well, and help your immune system. :D

Tai chi for some strengthening, here's a guy you can check out: Master Wing Cheung

Keep in mind: you can run yourself dry, when that happens take a break for a while. Don't over extend as that can be dangerous, and you're good to go!

Enjoy your day and stay healthy!

I'm not an expert, this is what I gather from what I understand.
