Telepathy shielding is shielding your mind from other telepaths. There are many variations of shielding.
The exercises below are simple but effective.
Exercise One[]
Imagine a brick wall closing inside your mind and keep focusing on the wall to keep it going. The more you practice this, the faster you will be able to use this skill.
Exercise Two[]
Picture a teacup, imagine slips of paper going in your teacup. The slips of paper are your thoughts. The thoughts are stored away now and keep it that way. This will help you to build the brick wall in the first exercise.
Exercise Three[]
Write anything that comes into your mind on slips of paper. After, put the slips in something like a mug or teacup.
Picture total darkness and a wall.
Exercise Four[]
Picture a blank white room, nothing comes in and nothing comes out. Picture the strong walls protecting you. All of your focus remains on this, and not having any stray thoughts.
Exercise Five[]
Picture a blank white room and picture nothing else, picture the walls staying strong and intact wothout thoughts, this is where the brain goes for protection.
Tip:
You will get a weird feeling when someone attempts to read your mind, you may also see the person and distrust him and get the creeps. You might feel like something is trying to merge with your mind. If someone is doing it long distance then you may get a vision of their face. Consider psychics being on a network, we can all sense each others energy.
