What is a Subliminal?[]
A subliminal (audio) is a series of affirmations in an audio file.
How does a Subliminal work?[]
A subliminal makes the affirmations so quiet and subtle that your concious mind can't understand it. However, your subconcious mind can interpret the affirmations. For example, if you wanted to get stronger, a subliminal for you would perhaps have affirmations like: "I am strong," "I have strong/big muscles," etc.
How do Subliminals relate to psychokinesis or psionics?[]
Well, some subliminals can help to unleash your abilities a lot faster than doing it on your own the "natural" way. For example, I was beginning electrokinesis, and, well, I stank. I could barely create a few sparks, but it was something. Then I did an Electrokinesis Subliminal and *bam!* I was so much better at it. So basically, Subliminals are cheats shortcuts to unleashing the power within.
How to use a Subliminal[]
To use a subliminal, open the audio file/video, relax, have your expectations in mind, turn the volume low (I recommend 20-40 out of 100), and play the audio.
