Mediumship is the ability to see and communicate with the dead or other entities. It can involve the use of divination or general ESP abilities.
Exercise 1[]
What you should do, is obtain an item pertaining to spirit you would like to commune with. Then, concentrate on their image, this may take a few tries, but it WILL work.
Exercise 2[]
The best way to access mediumship is to have a bond with the spirits around you , this can be done by simply closing your eyes and try your best to clean your mind , if you are doing it right you will notice that your head will slowly move up facing towards the skies , this can be done anywhere ( more suitable for a quiet place)
