1: visualization a chemical bottle, visualize a mix between dark red and light grey molecules. Feel what it must be like to be those molecules, then visualize them purring all over you(a shower of chemicals💀), it would help alot if you know what the specific chemical you're visualizing smells like. If you do sweat then you already know what it smells like( like ass💀). When you get better, you'll get really hot(or just hot), or even burning. Once you get there, you can practice on you're friend or partner or parents, and see if they feel the same results. Good luck! Its a hard ability to do! When you get better add more bottles(mentally in your mind) of different types of chemicals. Look up the molecular structure of different chemicals to manipulate more types of chemicals
