Astral Projection is the ability to project one's consciousness to the astral plane, not the physical as that is another form of projection. This is not to be confused with Mental Projection. Although, for this level of Astral Projection, you will need to combine Astral Projection, Mental Projection, and Chi Control (Psionics).
