My Best Technique To Learn Telekinesis For Beginners - Developing You Subconscious Intentions
telekinesis in 5 simple straight forward steps. This is what I've found after long thoughts of trying how to figure out how I do telekinesis and how anyone can do it with practice. This is for anyone and beginner's. I recommend working with a psi wheel first. This technique will help you grow stronger with good amount of practice. I recommend using leaf metal foil. Here we go:
1.) First put together s psi wheel. (With a nail and a piece of foil folded on top balanced. Or with an eraser as a base, needle pushed through it and a thin piece of folded foil balanced on it)
2) Sit a foot or two away. But you can sit a bit closer if you need. In time you can move back. Now before you put the foil balanced on it think to your self how you want the psi wheel to spin. (Left or right) You think of how you want it to move by either feeling it or visualizing it. Depending on how you do it you might do both. Then put the foil to balance.
3) The foil will most likely move the other way of how you didn't want it to. In this case follow it where ever it goes. Study it's motion. Any subtle bobs, dips and spins. This will train your mind to anticipate and feel it's next motion. This will lead to real control over it. It's takes time but you will have full control of it and make it move how you want.
4) Rinse and Repeat. Now all you need to do is keep doing the same thing. Again and again. If the psi wheel spins to the direction you didn't want it to then just let it go that direction. Follow don't force. It's about easiness.
5) Doing this in a quite room and relaxed. Have a lot of time with no interruptions. Practice on a day. Any time. Don't rush you will see results. You may see results the first time or in few days. But you will see results. You can lift your right or left hand from alil far away in the direction that the psi wheel is spinning if it helps you at first.
This works because it's your previous thoughts that effect the object and it's direction. It's not your demanding Immediate thought but your past thought. Your previous demand that effects it. That's why you think of how the object moves then let it go. So it can now become a subconscious thought. Which is more focused then an immediate thought. More stronger intention in away. Like i said redirecting one intention to another. Nothing to stop it so it can now effect the object like you want it too. Get into the zone and flow of your subconscious and intentions. It will get easier. But don't over think. Soon you will be moving an object as if second nature. This technique will help you do that. There's more explanation to all of this and I've a made a video years ago about this. Believe in the motion you are creating because it's from you. For now this is enough. Don't give up. Try this technique. This is how you also develop control over an object.
