I have been struggling with these uncontrollable energy manipulation abilities for a while now. The energy keeps being programmed to attack me by turning small parts of my body like my mind into rice-like particles and making them go away if I do the wrong action. I really need help with this.

So far I've only seen people on YouTube pushing and pulling pens, knocking over standing objects, turning the psi wheel, etc. I
I try to move it and it barely moves i mean sometimes it moves a bit and sometimes it stands still and also i keep trying to move a psi wheel inside a clear cup just to try and see if i gotten any better and it didnt move at all PLEASE if anyone is active GIVE ME TIPS!!!
